this is a photograph of CH (Champion) Globetrotter's Fantasy. Commonly known around the barn as Fantasy/Fanty/Fanny, she is a pretty nice American Saddlebred Five Gaited Mare, with fantastic bloodlines, great training, phenominal maners, and a sweet disposition. HOWEVER: none of that prevents her from finding the only patch of mud on the the whole farm and immeadiatly rolling in it (four other horses are out in the same field as she is, and they are all perfectly clean...). All I can say is that I'm glad that today is my day off, and I'm not the one who has to clean her up!
HAHA!! Total saddlebred attitude for you right there!
Wow... that is a lot of mud. My sympathies to the person who had to clean that off....
Maybe she likes how it feels on her skin?
we think she does it if she gets too hot.
that makes sense! its fun though rolling around in mud...they made us do that this one time at a camp...they made us crawl under a net of barbed wire and as we tried to get to the other end they would throw gallons of water on top of us so the ground would get muddier! lol! it was fun.
I bet it was! I've been in a mud fight or two, and I had a blast!
What a gorgeous horse! I used to horse ride when I was younger before I became to busy for it. I used to ride a 16.2hh former dressage thoroughbred gelding. I did a few shows with him, he looked exactly like your horse there ... Gawd I miss riding .... *sigh*
he was covered in mud!? haha lol! why did you quit riding?
Lol! No, he wasn't discovered in Mud, he was black/ slightly dark brown because the last owners didnt rug him and his coat got sun bleached. I quit cause of school and work . But I am determined to get back into at the end of this year, I hope to buy my own horse early next year I really miss horses and riding unbelievably. I want to get back into showing too.
the mud comment was a joke, lol! I really hope you get to start riding again soon. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't ride, I'd go crazy!
LOL someone needs to be hosed down.
haha, if you think that is bad, you should have seen her yesterday!
lol i can imagine. City boy here has never rode a horse.
yeah, well, Fanty is pretty big, and yesterday she was covered with mud on both sides from ears to tail, plus most of her face...
