Description
A space in the process of being re-modeled at the old Lazarus building in downtown Columbus. For those of you who don't know, Lazarus was a Columbus-based department store along the lines of Nieman-Marcus, Marshall-Fields, or Macy's. Sadly the company was sold to Macy's in 2003, and the original headquarters were shut down and abandoned. Now the building is almost completely re-modeled, and I was lucky enough to get permission to take pictures in this room today.

This is quite interesting! 
I like how the starkness of it all brings out the... state of it, I guess you could say. The contrast and the way it all feels pretty dry is brilliant. I like the colours and the way they contrast, from... bronze, almost, to steel, if you get what I mean.
It's quite an awesome transition in that sense. I also like the way the lighting influences certain areas here... or makes it more abstract/surreal, anyway.
